9abon Terms & Conditions

1.1 By completing the registration process on the 9abon Platform, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms unconditionally.

1.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

1.3 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 9abon Platform.

1.4 9abon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 The 9abon Platform is intended for use by adults only. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register, deposit, wager, or otherwise participate in any real-money activity on the Platform. This age requirement is consistent with the minimum gambling age applicable in the Philippines under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;

2.3 9abon reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 To access real-money gaming on 9abon, you must create an account by completing the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 You may only hold one (1) active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or avoiding identity verification — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate;
• Notify 9abon immediately of any unauthorised use of your account;
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.

3.4 9abon reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason, subject to the return of any verified account balance where legally required.

3.5 Account registration and use of the Platform are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID).

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9abon account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

4.2 You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4.3 You must notify 9abon immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 9abon employs industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and hashed password storage. However, no security system is impenetrable. 9abon does not guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures.

5.1 All deposits on the 9abon Platform must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may change without notice.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, though 9abon may impose limits at its discretion for compliance or security purposes.

5.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your 9abon account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

5.4 9abon does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges. 9abon is not responsible for fees imposed by external payment processors.

5.5 Deposits are credited to your 9abon wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a failed or delayed transaction, contact 9abon support with your transaction reference number.

6.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name. 9abon does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.

6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified. Processing times are typically 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya for verified accounts, subject to the operating hours and system availability of the relevant payment provider.

6.4 9abon reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for supporting documentation. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or withheld where:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documents are insufficient;
• Suspicious account activity has been flagged;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud investigation is pending.

6.5 9abon will not process withdrawals of amounts wagered in violation of these Terms. Winnings derived from system errors, software faults, or exploits will not be honoured and may be voided.

7.1 9abon may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they become withdrawable as cash;
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion;
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion terms;
• One Bonus Per Person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per player, household, device, and IP address;
• Abuse: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotions or coordinated bonus claiming, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

7.3 9abon reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. All bonus decisions by 9abon are final.

8.1 All games available on the 9abon Platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

8.2 All bets placed by you are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. 9abon does not accept cancellation of confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.

8.3 In the event of a system error, disconnection, or game malfunction during a session, 9abon reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 9abon's decision regarding affected bets is final.

8.4 9abon uses certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games and real physical equipment for live dealer games. The integrity and randomness of all game outcomes is certified by independent testing laboratories.

8.5 You acknowledge that the outcome of all games involves an element of chance and that past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes.

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9abon Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Accessing the Platform in jurisdictions where doing so is illegal;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
• Harassment, abusive conduct, or threatening language directed at 9abon staff or other players.

9.2 Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10.1 9abon is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

10.2 Any player may request a self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests can be made through Account Settings or by contacting 9abon's live chat support. 11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of 9abon's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9abon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

12.2 9abon does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.3 In all circumstances, 9abon's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9abon account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13.1 9abon collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.

13.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the 9abon Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 9abon's support team for informal resolution. We aim to resolve all player disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

15.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law, as applicable.

15.4 Notwithstanding the above, 9abon's decisions on all gaming matters — including game results, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final and binding unless a manifest error can be demonstrated.
